Confidence builds in Trinity Leeds with NEXT signing
NEXT, one of the UK’s largest and leading fashion retailers, has confirmed it will open a 51,000 sq ft store in Trinity Leeds, the retail and leisure development located in the heart of Leeds city centre.
The 1,000,000 sq ft development, located on prime pitch within Leeds city centre will improve the city’s core retail offer by bringing together the best of the UK high street, aspiring brands and international retailers, many of whom will be new to the city.
Trinity Leeds will elevate the city centre retail offer with more than 120 retail units which will be complemented by a stylish new casual dining and leisure quarter including the first ‘Everyman Cinema’ in the North.
Developer Land Securities has received a real vote of confidence from the level of occupier interest in the scheme as retailers and caterers continue to demonstrate firm commitment. Momentum had been building on leasing as retailers such as NEXT and H&M recognise the strong credentials of Leeds as a dominant retail destination with high consumer demand.
